Straight answer

Do my players need accounts? No. Players get a link. They never pay and they never sign up.
Do I have to use the AI? No. Upload art, write every card yourself, import a module you bought. Nothing runs until you press it.
What does module import bring in? The book as prep you can run. Every character, place and creature becomes a card, keyed maps come in with the book's own room numbers, and encounter flows, the chapters a party can take in any order, are drawn as canvases with each choice connected to where it leads.
What happens when a meter runs out? The button tells you, everything else keeps working, and the meter refills at the start of your next month.
If I cancel, do I lose my campaigns? Nothing is deleted. You choose one campaign to keep active on the free plan; the rest are saved read only, exactly as you left them, and resubscribing unlocks them all.
What counts as recorded play? The length of the recording, in minutes, rounded up per recording. A three-hour game uses three hours. Typed notes and pasted transcripts don’t use recording hours; reading one is an AI request.
What counts as an AI request? One press of an AI button: a brainstorm message, filling in a card, reading your typed notes, re-reading a session. Small actions, one request each.
